In the text it says...

I think this means...
I think this event will have implications throughout the novel because...
His muscles rippled.Brad was awesome. Shorter than Rudy but solid. Real strong. He worked in the gym and played hooker for the under 20-s rugby team.
That He's ripped and would be a really good at rugby.
Brad sounds like someone you wouldn't want to mess with and I think he will be in a lot of problems in this story.
Matthew chucked his tennis racket onto his bed. It was a million degrees outside but still Mrs Darwin had made them practice. An under 14s tournament was coming up next week.
That he was really hot and and devastated that they still have training.
He could of dehydrated because it was really hot and he had tennis training.
After new years they would go to the beach camping with Caleb's family. They'd planned to go to the nearby skate park later on but where was his bike now?Painted different colours?the serial number scratched of?Broken?what's your problem, d*******?”
That something would happen at the beach.
This will have a problem throughout the book because they might not forgive each other and it could change the story.
See anyone on a bmx? he shouted to people. My bikes been stolen! Some shook their heads, some shouldered past him, some Just gapped. No one cared.
That he can't go on bike rides anymore.
If his friends asked him to go on a bike ride he would have to say no. Because he doesn't have a bike.
