Welcome back to my blog seeing that last time  was doing a blog post was last term

Stations…

.Marshmallow tower

.paper chain

.balance a book and water on news paper stretcher

.cup and rope tower

So on our first rotation we had to make a paper stretcher and then balance 5 books and a cup of water.In the end everyone's won. But right in the end our one ripped anyway moving on.

In our second rotation we did the paper chain and we started with l meter long of tape  one massive piece of paper and 3 peers of scissors and if you're wondering why I said three peers of scissors it's because every session there was atleast 5 people in one group we ended up with the smallest paper chain but atleast we had fun.

The next rotation was the cup and string won and you had to make a tower without touching the cups my team found it really challenging so we could only do it once In that session my team showed a lot of teamwork encouragement patience and had lots of fun.

In the last rotation i didn't really get to do anything so it was pretty boring.It was called the marshmallow fort

I know it sounds easy but wait until you hear the materials...The materials were raw pasta and obviously marshmallows unfortunately my team lost probably because they discluded two people which means that they weren't a very good team.

MOONHACK17 Breaking Records

On The 15th of august 2017 we tried to break a record.The record was to try to get as many people coding at the same time and obviously we did the whole school which is about 300 people.At the start I didn't know how to code until I got some help from a couple of my friends.I found out it was really easy.

What you had to do:

Step one:Go onto  our st francis website

Step two:Go onto our learning and then go onto code club

Step three:Scroll down and click on scratch

Step 4:scroll down and the steps will be on that page

Scratch is a fun thing to do and I would recommend it for every school.Hopefully we broke the record and we will probably have a big celebration I don't know what the first record was but for all I know the aussies started it and then they challenged new zealand to do it so we did

Hi bloggers and welcome to the majestic world of Joey the kangaroo aka Joey. This is my first blog and I am able to share it to the whole universe I can`t believe that I`m sharing my first blog ever.

For tech we got play with 4 different things which were

.Bee Bot which is a robot that has a controler on its head   

. Theres also another  which is also a robot but you have to use a ipad to move it

.Theres also a vr box but you have to put your phone in it and then you walk with dinosaurs    

.And last but not least blox alls you have to make a level and make a character and then try to complete it.

My personal favourite was the bloxalls because you get to make a level and then

Make a character  then you can play the level

Thursday sport is a fun day when you do a bit of work and then do

.rugby

.netball

.soccer and

.hockey.I play rugby because I like more contact sport the reason why I like contact sport Is because you get to get in the game more and after you have mud all over you and then you get to have a nice and warm shower this was on 30/6/17 we versed rouly and would swing you around the neck and hie tackle you I got a head knock and fell a bit sleepy I also play for new brighton and our nemeses is christchurch red and it has three of my friends in it and they go to my school.

Swimming

For school we go to  Graham Condon for two weeks to practice our swimming.It's really fun and I'm in the lowest group with 3 of my friends. I'm getting more and more confident as I go. It's freezing in there but I can handle it. The main thing I'm working on is freestyle backstroke and laying on my side because water keeps getting in my mouth and it's pretty annoying. I'm really enjoying it there. Remember if you go there go in the spa because when I say it's cold it is really cold!!

Stop an unstoppable prime minister from taking over the world

On april fools day people were wanting to do a big prank on the prime minister his name was donald dump and was incredibly rude.The prank was to throw a pie at his face and then throw a rock at his head to knock him out. But somehow he managed to make the pie hit his hand and dodge the rock and he even changed april fools day to january and that doesn't even fit in. January fool's day it hardly makes sense anyway he's probably going to quit his job next year when he sees what prank were playing next year and he did.But it wasn't because of of the prank it was because  he broke the lore by banning april fool's day aka january fool's day.For the next 2 weeks everything was perfect until a very  very very mean and angry person from the swiss army  said if anyone does anything wrong they would get shot to death. Luckily the police didn't agree so he got shot instead and that was the end of that and there was no more prime minister.I Everyone quite liked having no prime minister but everyone had a argument about having no prime minister so another election happens and you won't believe how…
